A fun sports, recreation and fitness program for kids 10-13 years old.
Personal trainers will engage children in exciting activities that will increase their speed, agility, strength, confidence and healthy habits.
Personal Trainers will begin the hour with fun warm-up activities and games. Then they will focus on teaching a specific skill such as weight lifting, cardiovascular exercises, sports skills for track and field, basketball, soccer, table tennis, lacrosse and much more based on activities the group is interested in. We will finish the workout with stretching and a cool-down.
