The Family Center is open Monday through Thursday 9:30 AM-12:00 PM for families to come create, connect and play. Enjoy an array of arts & crafts activities both inside of the Family Center and outside on the lawn.

The Family Center is free and available for all!

Our Café is located next door with variety of breakfast and lunch options for both kids and adults.

The OFJCC now offers a shooting machine that will catch your rebounds and pass the ball so you spend more time practicing your shot and less time running after loose balls.

This is one of the most effective and efficient tools used to help build muscle memory as the repetition helps you to see what you are doing wrong.

YouthFit

YouthFit
A fun sports, recreation and fitness program for kids 10-13 years old.

Personal trainers will engage children in exciting activities that will increase their speed, agility, strength, confidence and healthy habits.

Personal Trainers will begin the hour with fun warm-up activities and games. Then they will focus on teaching a specific skill such as weight lifting, cardiovascular exercises, sports skills for track and field, basketball, soccer, table tennis, lacrosse and much more based on activities the group is interested in. We will finish the workout with stretching and a cool-down.

Let the Children’s Cove take care of your children (ages six weeks to ten years) on date night! Rest assured your children are safe and sound, and having a fantastic time.

פעילות חוויתית המשלבת משחקי תנועה, אימפרוביזציה, מוסיקה ויוגה. תוך כדי הנאה הילדים ישפרו יכולות מוטוריות, חשיבה יצירתית, יכולת ביטוי וביטחון עצמי. את הכיתה תדריך רחל טישלר, בעלת תארים בחינוך, תנועה ותיאטרון. רחל היא מורה ליוגה ובעלת ניסיון עשיר בהפעלת חוגים לתינוקות ולילדים.

This exciting and fun hour incorporates movement activities, games, improvisation, yoga and musical instruments. Creative movement is a great way to develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination and promote creativity in your children.
By encouraging your children to express themselves, their self-esteem and self-confidence will grow.

Youth Volleyball Development League

Youth Volleyball Development League
Teach1Sports will host a weekly Volleyball Skills Clinic/League at the Oshman Family JCC every Thursday for boys and girls in grades 6-11. Sessions focus on individual athletic needs and team concepts that include passing, blocking, digging, situational setting, directional hitting, and different types of serving. We use age appropriate game balls and net size.
