Advanced Strength and Conditioning

Effective. Efficient. Intense. These 55-minute workouts are designed to be both intense and thorough. In this small training group of four participants, we will look to master strength and power using fundamental barbell movements in addition to the most important body weight exercises. Along with building strength and form, you will trim body fat through strategically formatted metabolic conditioning circuits and high intensity interval training (HIIT).

Afterschool & Enrichment

We offer a wide range of activities for all ages that broaden creative horizons, promote imagination, build relationships and teach new skills. Our professional, experienced staff values the diversity of each child and provides a safe and nurturing environment where your child can thrive. And some classes are even FREE for OFJCC Center Members!

 

Club J For grades K-5
Give your child in grades K-5 an enriching, active and nurturing after school experience. We make it easy
by providing transportation to our program from many local schools. Academic support and healthy snacks are provided.

JCC Afternoons/After School Classes
The OFJCC provides enrichment classes for children in grades K-5, where kids have fun, learn new skills and develop in positive ways.
Or, you may want to energize your child with sports classes where kids have a great time while learning the value of sportsmanship and teamwork.

OFJCC Family Center Members are eligible for one FREE class per child each session.

New! OFJCC School for the Performing Arts

Our new school for the performing arts will engage and ignite the artistic passions of students by means of unique, continuous and interactive experiences.  The school will expose students to the vast contribution of Jewish composers, playwrights, musicians, singers and dancers within the performing arts world. Students in grades K-12 are welcome to attend. Fall 2015 classes include drama, choir, dance, stage-makeup, guitar, piano, percussion, rock band, song writing and much more!
