Private Reformer Pilates
One-on-one training is the best way to progress in Pilates whether you’re an advanced student or just starting out. A trained instructor will tailor your workout to meet your specific goals while incorporating the basic Pilates principles of strength and flexibility.

Private 30-Minute Sessions
Compliment your gym workout or favorite Group exercise class by adding a quick Pilates session before or after to stretch you out and deeply work your core. Or, if you are starting out, this is a good way to build your core endurance before you go for a full hour session.

Group Reformer Classes
The workhorse of Pilates is the Reformer, a specialized piece of equipment with a moving platform that uses spring resistance. The Reformer allows for full range of motion and challenges your core and stability. It helps novice students by placing them in proper alignment while challenging experienced students by adding resistance throughout the exercises. Many Pilates enthusiasts prefer working on Reformers, which offer more resistance and support than a mat. A small class size (limited to four people) guarantees you’ll receive plenty of individualized attention.
