Understand and utilize the power of balance through skeletal and muscular movement.
This workshop begins with an overview of the skeletal system in movement. Then, participants will learn how to gain a deep understanding of activating specific muscle isolations within their properly aligned skeletal frame, empowering core strength, postural stability, balance and neuromuscular brain-to-body movement. By using motor imagery participants will be educated while applying their knowledge.
For participants age 13 and older.
Instructor Stephanie Herman is a former principal ballerina with over 25 years of teaching experience. She also designs wellness programs including Dynamic Balance, Mindful Kinetics and Pilates Ballet, focusing on alignment and movement.
