For both beginning and experienced dancers who are looking for new ways to explore movement, expand their movement vocabulary and improve their dance technique.
This class uses improvisation as a tool to develop dance skills as well as contemporary dance techniques.
Through movement and dance, the class will cover floor exercises meant to awaken sleeping arias in your body, exploration of movement and its relation to space, along with semi-choreographed dance routines.
Taught by Ruth Segalis, the class is limited to 15 participants.
