Using a creative blend of strength, core and aerobic exercise, Personal Trainer Delmar Hayman will boost the strength and conditioning of each class participant. The circuits prescribed are designed to be fast-paced and time-efficient, the perfect combination for those seeking a full body workout prior to starting your day. All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged to join.
