This small group training class is designed to increase flexibility and mobility through foam rolling, stretching and dynamic warm-ups. Led by Personal Trainer Galit Reuveni, you will learn how to navigate the fitness floor’s cardio and weight machines to develop a completely balanced exercise routine.
