A fun sports, recreation and fitness program for kids that improves their speed, agility, strength, confidence and healthy habits.
Fitness instructors will begin with fun warm-up activities and games. Then they will focus on teaching a specific skill such as weight lifting, cardiovascular exercises, sports skills for track and field, basketball, soccer, table tennis, lacrosse and much more based on activities the group is interested in. We will finish the workout with stretching and a cool-down.
This monthly program is offered three days per week; however, we ask that you call or email to enroll your child ahead of class time. If the minimum number of participants is not enrolled on a specific date, class will not be held. This will be communicated to parents at the time of enrollment.
