    OFJCC Palo Alto JCCWant to take up a strength or weight lifting program, but don't know where to start?

    Personal Trainer Asia Swislocka will teach a variety of basic weight lifting techniques and help each participant design an individual strength training program.

    Dedication to a weight training routine is important for lifelong health and general comfort in your body. You will learn how to be safe, effective and time-efficient in the weight room.

    Monthly package options:

    Single session drop-in: $20 Members | $40 J-Pass Holders and General Public 

    2x per week: $160/month for Members | $320/month for J-Pass Holders and General Public

    Registration required before the first workout in any given month.
