All fitness levels are welcome.
Ward is a Personal Fitness Trainer who has worked as an EMT, played college football and lacrosse and has more than ten years of experience in the fitness industry.
Results in our Bootcamp program are best seen when you attend at least eight classes per month. We understand that vacations, holidays and other plans come up. As a courtesy to our Bootcamp participants who have completed at least one full month of class, you may prorate Bootcamp.
Prorate: $20 per class for Center Members; $35 per class for the General Public. All prorates must occur at time of registration before the start of the month. No refunds allowed.
