We've all been there: the night before or the morning of lunch box blues. What goes in there? Who has the time? Join nutritionist Silvia Segerstrale for some fun, innovative and easy recipes that are sure to please!
This program will provide you with the opportunity to cook meals with other parents just like you. Together you will make enough meals for your children to last three days as well as extra to donate to local children in need.
Please bring your child's lunch box and to-go containers if you have them. A friendly environment, wine, all cooking materials and extra to-go containers will be provided.

Your kids can play while you learn how to improve their lunches!
