This Feldenkrais Workshop will teach participants how to effectively relieve pain and tension in the back, shoulders, neck and joints. Pain is the result of faulty and limited movement and posture habits. Through these gentle and innovative movement lessons, the brain quickly wakes up to form new patterns to increase flexibility, strength and improve posture.
Brad Beldner is a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement teacher. Brad combines his background in body-based psychology, music, martial arts, yoga, mindfulness-based stress reduction meditation, dance and improv theater into the formation of his classes and workshops.
