Join us for an informational nutrition talk with the OFJCC Nutrition Consultant, Silvia Segerstrale.
Silvia will cover general topics on how to fuel before activities and how to refuel after events or workouts. The goal of the talk is to give you general information to be sure you are not missing any important pieces of your wellness plan. We will also allow time for questions and take suggestions on future talks where we can go deeper on specific topics.
This talk is the first step in building a healthy nutrition plan for both new exercisers, maintenance plans and expert athletes. We hope you join us!
