This Balance and Stability Training course is designed to specifically address slips, trips and falls. Certified Personal Trainer
Leeann Higgins will teach various exercises and stretches to help build strength and muscle memory. She will also coach participants on how to easily get up and down from the floor, include fun games that will challenge your hand/eye coordination and create a community for socializing.
The class is a drop-in, ongoing program.
