The group meets at 11:30 AM in the lower lobby of the Cultural Arts Hall at the OFJCC. We travel on a 55-passenger private motor coach with a restroom on board. The group arrives at Davies Symphony Hall in time for the 1:00 PM pre-concert lecture. Matinee concerts start at 2:00 PM and last approximately two hours with intermission. The group returns to the OFJCC around 5:30 PM depending on traffic.

Please note that we leave at lunchtime, so your options are to eat lunch before the trip, bring some food with you, have a bite at the Davies Hall Cafe or skip the lecture and have lunch at a place nearby.

Maximum group size will be 45. Our group seats will be in the orchestra; seat assignments are at the discretion of the SF Symphony. Season tickets will be distributed the day of the first concert.

Registration is on a first-come first-served basis until the group is sold out. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Refunds will only be issued if we can resell your season before the first concert, minus a $150 non-refundable processing fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The two escorts on the trip are in charge of the group as a whole. If you need individual assistance of any kind during the trip, you must bring your own personal escort.

    COVID Safety Measures:

The San Francisco Symphony requires proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 for everyone ages 12 and up entering Davies Symphony Hall.

In accordance with health and safety guidelines from the City and County of San Francisco, a face covering is required for entry into Davies Symphony Hall and must be worn at all times. Face masks must completely cover nose and mouth and have ear loops or similar to hold in place. Gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable.

Upon arrival, patrons will be asked to form a line outside the entrance. An usher will check your COVID-19 vaccination card and let you know when it's your turn to enter. Doors open one hour prior to the performance. Concerts with pre-concert lectures open one hour and fifteen minutes prior.

How do patrons present their vaccine documentation at Davies Symphony Hall?
Patrons must bring an electronic, photo or paper copy of a relevant COVID-19 vaccination record to the concert. Vaccination documentation must be a copy of the CDC card issued or a record of vaccination directly from the healthcare provider who administered the vaccine with an appropriate ID matching the name on the proof of vaccination.
