The Infant First Aid and CPR class is a non-certification class for new and expecting parents and anyone else who will be spending time with your baby.
It's an interactive class and you will be practicing with infant manikins that provide real-time electronic feedback.
What you will learn:
- CPR
- How to respond to airway issues: choking, drowning, allergic reactions, seizures
- How to respond to trauma: bleeding, burns, falls
- Strategies for the prevention of pediatric medical emergencies
All of the instructors for this class are EMTs, paramedics or RNs.
