    We find ourselves confronting extraordinary challenges as a community, as individuals and as human beings. Many of us wrestle with heightened anxiety and a lasting concern for both our loved ones and ourselves.

    We invite you to join Saul Kaye for a guided meditation session during which we will explore techniques to help us feel more secure within our bodies, become more grounded and nourish ourselves spiritually. Whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this is the perfect opportunity for you to explore the realm of mindfulness. If you're just starting out, you can discover the wonders of meditation. And if you're a seasoned practitioner, you can enhance your practice by learning new tools and techniques.

    Saul Kaye has been meditating for 25 years and offering meditation sessions to communities and ages ranging from 12–92. We will sit together, enjoy the silence and practice useful methods for well-being during trying times.
