TRX Small Group Training (SGT) is now launching and you are invited to give this awesome, total body workout a try!
TRX Suspension training straps use your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. TRX is a friendly and versatile training tool for all fitness levels and creates a fun and efficient workout experience.
These customized, small group classes will be 30 minutes long and a great supplement to your current fitness routine. Certified TRX Instructor and OFJCC Personal Trainer,
Kristin Lynn, will be taking you through the fundamentals of properly using the equipment while adding in variety, music and individualized instruction.
Class size: 5 participants | A minimum of 3 participants is needed for the class to run.
