TRX Small Group Training (SGT) is now launching and you are invited to give this awesome, total body workout a try!
TRX Suspension training straps use your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. TRX is a friendly and versatile training tool for all fitness levels and creates a fun and efficient workout experience.
These customized, small group classes will be 30 minutes long and a great supplement to your current fitness routine. Certified TRX Instructor and OFJCC Personal Trainer, Kristin Lynn
, will be taking you through the fundamentals of properly using the equipment while adding in variety, music and individualized instruction.
Class size: 5 participants | A minimum of 3 participants is needed for the class to run.
