    Women on Weights

    Women on Weights is a women's only, small group personal training program. Unlike group fitness classes, these workouts are customized and modified to each participant. 

    • Maximum of 8 women per workout
    • All fitness levels welcomed; recommended for women who can easily get up and down from the floor and walk one mile
    • WOW is the prefect combination of fun, camaraderie, weight training, flexibility movements and cardio conditioning
    • The program begins at the start of every month
    • Free workout offered to all first-time participants

    Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays
      4:30–5:25 PM   4:30–5:25 PM  


    Instructor: Women on Weights is led by Specialized Personal Trainer Leeann Higgins
    Location: Outdoor Training Area
    Program Fee:

    • Monthly Fee: $420 General Public | Includes full access to indoor and outdoor OFJCC Fitness Center on the day of class. | Expires 30 days from purchase.
      $220 Members | Expires 30 days from purchase.

    • Drop in: $50 per workout (Free first class trial)

    • Drop-in Virtual Punch Card for Members Only: $30 per workout | 5 session minimum | Expires 90 days from purchase
