    Payment Information

    The Family Application Fee is a non-refundable $25 fee for the Club J Afterschool Program. Once submitted, your application will be placed on our interest list for the 2023–2024 school year. Acceptance into Club J is not guaranteed until availability is confirmed.

    Once availability is confirmed, final enrollment in Club J is contingent upon the completion of the Club J enrollment packet and receipt of a $475 non-refundable registration/material fee.
