    From dance fitness to strength training, yoga to HIIT classes, the OFJCC has a class for you! We offer 100+ classes per week, taught by highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivating instructors. All fitness levels are welcome and included in our programming. Classes include:

    • Aqua Fitness
    • Cardio and HIIT
    • Cycling in our Outdoor Cycling Area
    • Dance Fitness, including Zumba
    • Mat Pilates
    • Mind & Body—including Feldenkrais, Nia and Qigong
    • Strength Training, including BODYPUMP
    • Yoga—everything from Chair Yoga to Power Vinyasa
