The following are basic policies and procedures for your membership at the Oshman Family Jewish Community Center.
Membership Freezes
Freeze Policies:
- Freezes are offered for a minimum duration of 1 month to a maximum duration of 3 months
- We do not offer indefinite freezes; freezes must have a defined start and end date
- Freezes can be applied to the entire account or to specified members only (default is entire account)
- Accounts can be frozen for a maximum of 3 months per calendar year
- Freeze requests will not be processed until all required information has been submitted (see Procedures below)
- We do not offer retroactive freezes
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing, starting from the time of the freeze request
Freeze Procedures:

– Reasons for Freeze

- To request by phone, call the Member Services office at (650) 223-8723
- To request in-person, stop by the Front Desk or Member Services office
- Please do not send any requests regarding your membership to ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC, as we will not receive them
Membership Cancellations
Cancellation Policies:
- 30 days advance notice is required, beginning from the date of the cancel request
- During the 30-day period, the account will be active; members are encouraged to use the facilities until their membership expires
- Cancel requests made while the account is frozen will result in the account reactivating for the final 30 days of membership
- The account will be billed for the final 30 days of membership, which may entail prorated dues in the final month
- Cancel requests will not be processed until all required information has been submitted (see Procedures)
