By using the Oshman Family JCC’s website, becoming a member of the OFJCC or participating in OFJCC programs, you agree to the use of your information as described in this privacy policy. Sharing Information
The OFJCC collects personal information voluntarily provided by members and participants for both registration and information purposes. The OFJCC maintains strict policies to protect the security of personal information and, except as may be required by law or legal process, we do not share or sell your information directly with any other organization, other than to allow you to register for a program, activity or membership. We may, from time to time, send you information on behalf of other affiliated or related organizations, but this will be done without providing your information directly to those organizations.
Registration Systems
When you register for an event, activity, program or membership, or view your online account, you may be taken from our website to a registration platform such as Ticket Tailor or Amilia SmartRec. Information that you enter on these platforms may remain there as needed in order to validate and maintain your registration, transactions and account history. Each platform we use follows the highest standards of security, PCI compliance and protection of personally identifiable information, as is detailed further in the user agreement for each platform. We do not authorize the vendors of such platforms to use your information in any way other than to assist us in providing service to you.

Marketing Emails
You will typically receive confirmation emails when you register for events and activities or sign up for membership. These emails are sent to notify you that your registration was successful and to provide you with a receipt of your registration.
You will also receive important updates and marketing emails from the OFJCC. If you no longer wish to receive a particular email, we recommend you customize the emails you receive using the “click here” link at the bottom of all e-newsletters and marketing emails distributed by the OFJCC. You can also choose to opt out of all marketing emails by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any such email; please be aware that if you use the “unsubscribe” link, it will permanently remove your address from all OFJCC non-transactional emails.

You may visit our website without telling us specifically who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information. If, however, you choose to request information, use our services or visit our facilities, certain relevant information will be collected for these purposes. As a participant in our programs, you will need to provide basic contact and financial information. This contact information may be used to keep you informed about happenings at the OFJCC.

Texting/Mobile Number Communication
As part of the recruitment process, the OFJCC may collect mobile phone numbers from job applicants to facilitate communication regarding their application, interview scheduling, and hiring status. Mobile phone numbers collected from applicants will be used solely for recruitment and employment-related communication. The OFJCC will not share, sell or disclose any applicant mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Photography
You may be filmed or photographed for promotional purposes while attending Oshman Family JCC events, classes or facilities. Your presence indicates your agreement to the use of your image for these purposes.
