Luba began her OFJCC journey on the fundraising team, helping close the capital campaign to build the campus, and later moved into community engagement roles, ultimately leading initiatives in teen, adult and family engagement, social impact, cultural arts and Jewish learning as the Senior Director of Community Engagement. Luba holds a degree in cultural arts management, has an extensive background in business management and earned a certification in nonprofit executive leadership from the Mandel Institute.
Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, she lives in Los Altos with her husband and three children. Her children like to say they “grew up at the OFJCC,” attending preschool, camps and swim lessons, volunteering at Mitzvah Day and helping with a variety of summer jobs.
