Haya Sansani is a teacher at Contra Costa Jewish Day School. She was previously a practicing occupational therapist in Israel, specializing in working with children, after receiving her O.T. degree from Tel Aviv University. She has a bachelor’s degree in life sciences from Bar Ilan University, and has completed four years of veterinary school at Hebrew University.

Haya’s experience as an occupational therapist has given her the tools to relate to students in a wide variety of interactive and engaging methods. She loves being an educator and enjoys the personal relationships she develops with her students. She loves to travel and spend time with her three kids.
