Michal Harel is an experienced educator with nearly 20 years of experience working with children and in the Israeli education system, including working with children with special needs. She specializes in building individualized learning programs, developing emotional and social skills in children, and managing educational teams.

Michal holds a master’s in learning disabilities and special education, a teaching certificate and a certificate in educational diagnostics from Bar-Ilan University, as well as a bachelor’s in behavioral sciences from the Netanya Academic College. In her role as a lead kindergarten teacher, she managed teaching staff and groups of up to 30 children, led the integration of children with special needs, developed the annual curricula and mentored and supported young teachers and educational teams. In addition, she was involved in recruiting and training staff, as well as guiding parents.

In her free time, Michal enjoys spending time with her family and friends, kickboxing and exploring California.
