Each educational segment will be followed by a live audience Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with our expert panelists.

The panel lineup is fantastic:

🩺 Women’s Health, Menopause & Preventative Care Prerana Sangani Shenoy will discuss hormones, symptoms, treatment options, screenings, and what women should be thinking about for their long-term health.

❤️ Pelvic, Sexual & Bone Health
Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT of Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy will share her expertise on pelvic health, while the conversation will also explore bone health, osteoporosis, strength, and maintaining physical capacity through midlife.

🧠 Mental Health & Menopause
Marnie Levenson, MA, LPCC, PMH-C and Nicole Ohebshalom, PhD, LPCC, RN, PMH-C will explore the intersection of hormones and mental health, including anxiety, mood changes, rage, and depression.

✨ Skin, Aging & Longevity
Corinne Erickson, MD, FAAD will discuss menopause, skin, hair, and collagen, while Lauren Greenberg MD will explore longevity, body composition, hormones, bone health, and cardiovascular health.

👩‍⚕️ Fertility & the Reproductive Transition
Sara Vaughn, MD will help unpack fertility, hormones, and the reproductive changes that happen during perimenopause.
