Our central location in the heart of Silicon Valley is just seconds from Highway 101 at San Antonio Road and minutes from Highways 280, 85 and downtown Palo Alto.

We offer an array of versatile venues to accommodate any event, from 4 to 400 people. All room rates include tables and chairs set to client specification, access to our free parking garage (when available), free Wi-Fi, housekeeping and an event attendant who will be available throughout your event to answer questions and assist with any last-minute needs or changes. 

ROOMS FOR ALL SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Schultz Cultural Arts Hall

The Schultz Cultural Arts Hall is an ideal venue for any momentous occasion, including weddings, performances and fundraising galas.

This 3,500-square-foot hall offers a fully-equipped theatrical stage including a 24′ x 18′ drop-down projection screen and a 12,000 lumen projector. The space features a built-in retractable seating unit offering graduated theater-style seating for 381 people or banquet-style seating for 300.

Our experienced in-house audio/video technicians will manage your sound, lighting and projection so you can focus on what is important: your guests.

Additional décor and lighting options are available upon request. Also included in the Schultz Cultural Arts Hall are two fully-appointed dressing rooms, a spacious kitchen preparation area with walk-in refrigerator and freezer access, and the Goldman Cultural Arts Courtyard, which includes over 4,000 square feet of beautifully lit café-style outdoor space.

Rates include the adjoining Koch Art Gallery & Lobby, which features soaring 24-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and modern architectural highlights. For your convenience, the Schultz Cultural Arts Hall is directly adjacent to a catering kitchen, a variety of meeting rooms and direct access to parking and restrooms.

Arrillaga Family Pavilion

The Arrillaga Family Pavilion has  unique multi-floor options for any momentous occasion, including weddings, performances and fundraising galas.

Arrillaga Family Pavilion: First Floor
The Pavilion is 2086 square feet and can accommodate up to 138 guests for a variety of events including weddings, lectures and corporate events. Rental of this beautiful venue includes use of two built-in projectors and screens, an outdoor patio as well as a kitchenette and WiFi. An airwall can divide the space if needed and three large doors can be opened to the adjacent field for a gorgeous indoor/outdoor event experience (field rental available at an additional charge). Additional décor and lighting options are available upon request.

Arrillaga Family Pavilion: Second Floor
The Pavilion second floor is a 1476 square foot multi-purpose event room with a maximum occupancy of 76 people and includes a covered outdoor terrace. This room can be divided into two separate rooms, each with its own built-in projector and screen. Lots of natural light and a gorgeous view of the adjacent field makes this space ideal for any event. The room also includes a kitchenette and WiFi.

Einstein Meeting Room (E-104)

Room E-104 is located in a secluded and quiet section of the Goldman Cultural Courtyard, across from the Schultz Cultural Arts Hall and Freidenrich Conference Center, and adjacent to our Community Kitchen.

This versatile 1,200-square-foot room has a built-in kitchenette, a drop-down projection screen with ceiling-mounted projector and can accommodate up to 70 guests for a banquet event.

Including custom window shades and an optional room divider, this is the perfect venue for birthday parties, recitals or baby and bridal showers.

SMALL EVENT RENTALS (ROOMS G-100 & 103)

Located steps away from the Schultz Cultural Arts Hall and with direct access to our beautiful Goldman Cultural Arts Courtyard, rooms G-100 and G-103 are the perfect location for your next social event.

All three rooms feature a large wall-mounted flatscreen display with complimentary HDMI audio/video connection to your laptop, as well as an upright piano.

These 900-square-foot matching rooms also feature an optional room divider and can accommodate 60 guests seated banquet style.

Freidenrich Conference Center

Offering panoramic views of the Santa Cruz Mountains from a private terrace, the Freidenrich Conference Center is the ideal location for your event. Comfortably accommodating 150 people banquet style, the setup options are varied and versatile.

The conference center interior offers over 1,500 square feet with built-in sound system, lighting and projection controls, two drop-down screens with ceiling-mounted projectors and a built-in kitchenette. Delight your guests on the adjoining 2,000-square-foot covered outdoor terrace for a dinner buffet or dance party. The conference center is especially well designed for Bar and Bat Mitzvahs.

The Freidenrich Conference Center is conveniently located above the Schultz Cultural Arts Hall and has easy access to parking and restrooms.

 

Freidenrich Community Park

Take your momentous occasation outside! Conveniently located next to the Arrillaga Family Pavilion, the Freidenrich Community Park offers endless opportunities for you and your guests to enjoy the outdoors.

Rental includes a shared playground, exclusive seating area and complimentary cold water service. Inflatables are available for rent.

Jessica Lynn Saal Town Square

A welcoming outdoor meeting place with easy access to all areas of campus, our gorgeous Jessica Lynn Saal Town Square is the hub of the Taube Koret Campus and a terrific place to gather with your guests for a celebration.

Rental includes a shared playground, exclusive seating area and complimentary cold water service. Inflatables are available for rent.

We offer audiovisual services and work with an excellent list of preferred vendors.
