Jennifer Broxmeyer

Jennifer Broxmeyer is the Vice President of Legal, Privacy, AI and Cyber Security at PayPal. She brings deep experience navigating the intersection of privacy, technology and governance.

Previously, Jen was Director of Governance at Meta, where she led the company’s work with the Oversight Board—an independent body addressing complex questions around freedom of expression online. Before that, she served as Associate General Counsel, Privacy at Meta, advising across Facebook, WhatsApp and Reality Labs. Earlier in her career, she led product counseling and compliance at a healthcare technology company and practiced at Ropes & Gray.

Jen holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BA from Columbia University. She has spoken about her work at SXSW, the Aspen Institute and Harvard. On weekends, you can find her playground hopping with her six- and nine-year-olds—both JCC preschool grads.
