Hillary Frank

Hillary Frank is a natural community builder with over two decades of experience within Silicon Valley. Most recently, she was the Chief Platform Officer at Vive Collective, an investment platform focused on the digital health industry. Previously, she led Talent, Community and Marketing at CRV (Charles River Ventures) for six years. In this role she helped transform the way in which VC firms provide support to their portfolio companies.
Hillary spent nearly a decade at Facebook and Google scaling the businesses pre-IPO in a variety of global operating and people management roles. She was primarily focused on sales and operations, learning and development and people operations.
She is a founding member of the ICON Steering Board, the Israeli Collaboration Network, a pre-seed stage incubator connecting Israeli startups to Silicon Valley. Hillary is also an active investor in J-Ventures and is active on the Jewish Federation of SF Business and Growth committee. She’s a former board member for MVLA Foundation and Science is Elementary.
Hillary is a mom of three living in Los Altos and has been involved in the JCC through the preschool, Club J and Kol Isha.
