Shir Heimark
Chair
Shir Heimark is Chief of Staff to Cisco’s Chief Product Officer. She provides strategic and operational leadership to the organization’s 30,000-person product team, helping drive clarity, coordination and execution across a complex, globally distributed workforce.
Originally from Israel, Shir moved to the United States after elementary school. An itinerant youth brought her through South Florida, Boston, New York and Los Angeles before landing in the Bay Area nine years ago. Shir currently lives in Palo Alto with her husband and two children, who both attend the OFJCC Leslie Family Preschool.
Shir holds a BA in economics from Tufts University.
