Jing Tian

 Jing Tian is a clean energy executive with over two decades of experience scaling technology-driven businesses and advancing the global energy transition. Currently she is the Chief Growth and Revenue Officer at Tigo Energy, where she leads global strategy, commercial growth and product innovation across solar and energy storage solutions. Jing is known for translating complex technologies into practical, scalable solutions that drive growth and long-term impact. She has held other leadership positions at Trina Solar, Solis and a few startup companies. She holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from Drexel University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Princeton University.

Beyond her professional work, Jing is deeply committed to education and community. She serves on the board of Helios School and previously as board chair, where she helped guide strategic direction, strengthen governance and support a thriving learning environment for students and families. Her board experience reflects a hands-on, collaborative approach and a passion for building strong, value-driven organizations.

Jing is drawn to JCC Palo Alto’s role as a hub for connection, culture and community. She believes deeply in creating spaces where individuals and families feel a sense of belonging, and where programs support not only education and well-being, but also resilience and shared identity. She is excited about the opportunity to contribute her leadership experience and perspective to help the JCC continue to grow its impact and serve the evolving needs of the community.
