Honoring the Life-Saving Heroes of October 7 with Ambassador Michael Oren

On Sunday, September 8, the Z3 Project, in partnership with United Hatzalah, was honored to host Ambassador Michael Oren for an inspiring Q&A discussion with OFJCC President and CEO Zack Bodner. The event, titled “Honoring the Life-Saving Heroes of October 7,” offered a heartfelt tribute to the courageous individuals whose actions made a profound difference on that day.

Following the event, our esteemed Leadership Donors* were treated to a delightful wine and dessert reception, where they had the exclusive opportunity to engage with Ambassador Oren in a more intimate setting. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us, and we deeply appreciate our wonderful partners at United Hatzalah for their invaluable support in making this memorable evening possible for our community.

*Leadership donors are defined as those who have generously given $1,000+ in annual support to the OFJCC in the last year, $100,000+ in their lifetime, or 10+ years of annual giving.

An Evening with Noa Tishby

On Sunday, September 22, the Z3 Project was thrilled to welcome celebrated Israeli advocate Noa Tishby for an engaging and thought-provoking conversation with OFJCC President and CEO Zack Bodner. Tishby captivated the audience as she delved into Israel’s most pressing challenges and shared insights from her powerful new book, Uncomfortable Conversations with a Jew, co-authored with bestselling author Emmanuel Acho.

The evening began with an intimate gathering of $5,000+ OFJCC supporters. Donors enjoyed an evening of sake and sushi, while mingling with friends in a warm, vibrant setting. To cap off the night, students were treated to an exclusive photo opportunity with our esteemed guest of honorNoa Tishby, creating a personal and memorable connection that made the evening truly unforgettable.
