ANDREA PERSILY

Andrea Persily is a seasoned CFO and COO with deep expertise across the nonprofit, education, fintech and health and wellness sectors. Over the course of her career, she has held senior financial and operational leadership roles at Primedia, Spafinder Wellness and Great Minds—a leading educational publisher—where she also served on the Board of Directors. She is currently a partner at FLG Partners, a premier CFO consulting and board advisory firm serving clients from startups to Fortune 100 companies.

Andrea has a longstanding commitment to volunteering, including prior service on the finance committee of the Gideon Hausner Jewish Day School Board of Directors. She is also an active Cornell University volunteer, serving on the President’s Council of Cornell Women, the Cornell University Council, and the Arts & Sciences Career Connections Committee.

Andrea holds a BA in economics from Cornell University and an MBA in finance and strategic management from The Wharton School. She lives in Los Altos with her husband and their two sons.
