Born and raised in Israel, Yuval moved to Los Angeles when he was nine years old. At 15, he moved back to Israel, graduated high school and served in the Israeli navy. Yuval returned to California shortly after his service in order to attend college and university. He graduated with a double major in psychology and child development.

After several years of taking courses, gaining experience through internships and working with children in various settings, Yuval decided teaching is his dream job. Throughout his academic journey, Yuval had many teachers that inspired him and made him excited about learning. He is happy at the opportunity to use his experience to help children learn Hebrew.
