טל זילברשטיין פז מצטרפת לבגד כפת עם ניסיון של למעלה מעשור בעבודה בארגונים יהודיים-ישראליים חינוכיים בתפקידי הנחיה, פיתוח הדרכה, ניהול צוותים ותוכניות בישראל ובעמק הסיליקון.

טל בוגרת תואר ראשון בהצטיינות ביחסים בינלאומיים ומנהל עסקים מהאוניברסיטה העברית ותואר שני בתוכנית המצטיינים של בר אילן במנהל עסקים בהתמחות בהתנהגות ארגונית.

בעבר ריכזה תוכניות נוער בארגון Jewish Family and Children’s Services בפאלו אלטו, הנחתה את תוכנית לנוער Raise the Bar של מחלקת ה-ICC, ניהלה מחוז בתנועת הנוער “כנפיים של קרמבו” המשלבת צעירים עם ובלי צרכים מיוחדים, שימשה כראש צוות בארגון “רוח יהודית” להוראת התרבות היהודית בבתי ספר והדריכה במגוון תוכניות של הסוכנות היהודית בישראל, ארצות הברית ודרום אפריקה.

טל מאמינה בכוח של חינוך בלתי פורמלי לעצב זהות, לטעת ביטחון ולהוביל שינוי בקרב ילדים ונוער. התפיסה של יהדות כתרבות שזורה בחייה האישיים והמקצועיים, והיא בעינה הגשר המחבר בין הקהילה הישראלית לקהילה היהודית המקומית ובין הקהילה הישראלית לישראל.

Tal Zilberstein Paz joins Beged Kefet with over a decade of experience as a facilitator, program developer, team manager and program director in Jewish and Israeli educational organizations in Israel and Silicon Valley.

She earned her degree in international relations and business management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and is an MBA graduate of Bar Ilan University’s honor students’ program, with specialization in organizational management.

In the past, Tal coordinated youth programs at Jewish Family and Children’s Services; facilitated the ICC’s “Raise the Bar” teen program; served as a regional manager at “Krembo Wings”, a youth organization for youth both with and without special needs; was a team leader at “Jewish Spirit” and a counselor and facilitator for various programs of the Jewish Agency in Israel, the US and South Africa.

Tal believes in the power of informal education to shape identity, enhance self-confidence and lead change among children and teens. The philosophy of cultural Judaism is entwined in her personal and professional life; she sees it as the connecting bridge between the Israeli community, the Jewish-American community and the state of Israel.
