Beged Kefet Hebrew School Adult Ulpan
Beginner and Advanced Courses
It’s never too late to learn Hebrew!
Beged Kefet is launching new beginner and intermediate-level classes of its successful Hebrew language Adult Ulpan. Classes will be taught in person at the OFJCC and online.
Join our intensive Hebrew Ulpan course, and allow yourself to converse, read and write in Hebrew as well as connect to Israeli culture and Jewish holidays.
Beged Kefet is the OFJCC’s Hebrew language school with a team of experienced and passionate modern Hebrew teachers. Our school is unique in offering the latest, most innovative Hebrew teaching methods.
Classes for next year will be published shortly. If you are interested in joining an ulpan class, please send us an email at [email protected] with your contact info and your Hebrew background, and we will get back to you.
High School Level
Additionally, we are offering an online beginner, non-native speaker level class for high schoolers. Beged Kefet is fully accredited by the Western Association for Schools and Colleges (WASC) and approved as an A-G course through our partnership with Jewish Community High School of the Bay. By taking an accredited course in Beged Kefet, not only are you ensured of high-quality education, but you earn credits that will go toward your public high school and college “E” requirement of Language Other Than English (LOTE).
