Dena comes to the OFJCC from her role as Deputy CFO at Jewish Family and Children’s Services and brings more than a decade of prior experience as a charter school finance executive.
Dena is known for combining financial rigor with operational innovation, modernizing systems and building resilient financial infrastructure to support long-term growth. She holds a BA in psychology from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She lives in San Carlos with her husband and five children and is an active congregant and the Board Treasurer at Congregation Beth Jacob in Redwood City. Outside of work, she enjoys running, baking challah and sourdough, and tending to her collection of 50+ house plants.
